Spruce the Dental Health Moose
Spruce kits are designed to support dental health conversations wherever families receive care, making them a strong fit for primary care visits and anticipatory guidance. Each kit includes take-home supplies and educational materials for the patient, with extra toothbrushes provided for family members as needed to promote healthy habits across the household.
This is a grant-funded program with limited capacity. Interested health care sites are encouraged to join our waitlist to be notified as additional opportunities become available.
